CBD Matcha Latte

Although it is summer outside the window, latte coffee is one of our team’s favourite drinks in both the warm and cold season – you can see that even on our social media platforms! Matcha was drunk by Zen Buddhist monks for meditational purposes way before it became famous worldwide. Although Matcha latte can be found in almost every modern café, let’s enjoy this drink-making process and enrich it with CBD Oil Drops.

What are you going to need? Matcha powder, maple syrup or natural honey, unsalted oat milk, CBD Oil Drops.

How to make it? Mix Matcha powder and maple syrup with hot water, shake everything until you see that Matcha powder is dissolved. Separately heat unsalted oat milk and use a frothing stick to achieve nice milk foam. Pour the milk foam into a cup with Matcha, add a few drops of CBD Oil, use additional sweeteners if necessary. Better yet, give it up and fill the gap with healthier alternatives. However, we do not deny that health and cocktails are incompatible – you just need to be able to combine them together!

What are you going to need? 50 ml of gin, 100 ml of tonic water, a bit of lemon juice, CBD Oil Drops, a rind of lemon or lime.

How to make it? Add ice cubes in a tall glass, mix the gin, lemon juice, and tonic water. Garnish the top of the glass with lemon rind and add few drops of CBD on the top.

CBD Tropical Smoothie

Summer is the best time to enjoy fresh fruits and berries, which are a natural source not only of sugar but also a bunch of vitamins and antioxidants. No matter what berries and fruits we put in a summer cocktail, a great and refreshing drink will come out, which you will repeatedly want all year round. What are you going to need? (2 servings) A handful of greens (kale, spinach, etc.), a cup of non-dairy milk, one medium-size banana, a cup of frozen mango, a cup of frozen pineapple, a cup of frozen mixed berries; ingredients can be room temperature, yet frozen fruits and berries guarantee refreshing cocktail), CBD Oil Drops.

How to make it? Mix the milk and greens together using a food processor; gradually increase the food processor’s speed and mix it for about one minute or until the greens have liquified. Add the banana, a few drops of CBD Oil, and continue mixing. Add the remaining frozen fruit and berries until the drink thickens.

Let’s face it - one movie may sometimes be not enough for true cinema lovers. However, one night in the quarantine may be just enough to finish an entire season of a really great TV series. We are guilty of choosing to have several sleepless nights and watching new episodes of our favourite shows instead, too. Taking us to mythical lands, showing us how to fight against dragons and go to planets far away, some of the best TV series will take more than several nights to finish. We personally love Game of Thrones, Suits, Stranger Things, The Big Bang Theory, and, of course, legendary sitcom Friends! Real and sincere laughter, best actors, and unexpected turns of events are what you need for a fun quarantine experience and levels of stress dropping down in the blink of an eye.
