Meet our Products - Organic Goods to Power Your Life

We started Biomedicanna with an idea, which made our eyes flicker with fire – we knew what we wanted ourselves and what we wanted to give to other people. We realized how powerful and healing nature can be and decided to share its strength with others. Like thousands of businesses worldwide, we started this ambitious journey by offering consumers a small selection of goods. However, we knew exactly what requirements and attitudes our products would meet – responsible growth and manufacturing, sustainability, vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free (we talked more about this in our previous blog). For more than a year now, we have been purposefully increasing the size of our e-shop and producing and selling only exceptional quality wellness products – drops, pastes, and cosmetics.

Nevertheless, we believe that it can still be difficult for many to grasp our range and understand all the valuable features of the products. Today we will once again get you acquainted with our products.

Strength in Every Drop

We will not lie by saying that people usually tend to misjudge certain things, so it is no secret that sometimes we pay too much attention to big things, and we tend to let small details pass through our finger. We’ve come a long way in improving the formula of the CBD Oil Drops, but not we are sure that even the smallest drop has a lot of strength, valuable materials, natural secrets, and science-based healthy solutions.

One of the main reasons for the popularity of CBD Oil Drops is their versatility and ease of use. The relatively small 10 ml bottle holds approximately 200 drops, which, depending on consumption, last for an average of one month. In addition, there are a lot of cannabinoids, so hemp extracts have an extensive range of uses and an even more comprehensive range of health benefits. CBD Oil Drops can be used to relieve various pain, reduce levels of anxiety and depression, post-traumatic stress, and reduce the severity of acne. It may also help reduce both painful chemotherapy symptoms and reduce the growth of cancerous cells. CBD Oil Drops may also help fall asleep faster, strengthen the blood circulatory system and reduce various inflammations. As CBD itself has not yet been so extensively studied, one can only predict what other benefits scientists will find in multiple studies shortly.

CBD is one of the most prominent cannabinoids found in the hemp plant; however, it is certainly not the only one. Although different amounts of other cannabinoids can be found in CBD Oil Drops, those amounts will be small. It is worth mentioning THC, which is psychoactive cannabinoids that causes a ‘high’ sensation when used, can also be traced in certain products that we sell. Every time we communicate with buyers and prepare social media posts, advertise products, we emphasize that the amount of THC contained in the products does not exceed the laws in force in many countries and is significantly too small to give the already mentioned feeling.

However, there are many countries where the use of this cannabinoid is regulated under even more strict laws. Due to this reason, we recently introduced CBD Oil Drops ZERO THC, which has already reached fantastic popularity. These products differ from the other on already mentioned THC cannabinoid content and label colours (the labels show greener when the other labels are more reminiscent of earth brown). Both types of CBD Oil Drops we sell are entirely safe to use, and differences do not impact their beneficial properties.

Another unique aspect of CBD Oil Drops is finding them in our store in three different strengths – 5, 10 & 21 per cent. The number, of course, indicates a different amount of CBD cannabinoid – the higher the number, the more milligrams of the component there is in the bottle; therefore, the stronger its effect. Despite the beneficial properties of CBD, we advise each community member to start their relationship with hemp using the weakest drops and gradually move to the more robust products. Consumption also depends on the desired effect: the weakest drops are suitable just to improve wellness, medium drops are perfect for people with minor health problems. In contrast, the strongest ones are usually used by people with significant health problems already treated by western medicine (one must consult a professional medical practitioner beforehand).

Syringe Full of Wellness

For many people, syringes are associated with sad emotions, sickness, and pain, but at Biomedicanna, a syringe means a burst of energy and health, and not needless or medication. To make the members of our community as familiar as possible with cannabinoids other than CBD, we filled the syringes with natural powers, organic ingredients, and scientific knowledge about hemp.

The products – CBG or MULTI-cannabinoid Paste – due to their specific texture, arrive at the customers’ home in 5 ml containers, which are incredibly convenient to use and always take with you. Another advantage is that the syringe accommodates about 100 rice grain size droplets. Although it may seem that the CBD Oil Drops discussed before outperforming the paste, it is necessary to mention that the paste usually has a higher concentration than the drops, so it promises faster and more prominent wellness effects.

We currently offer two different types of paste in our store. One of which is with CBG, also known as the mother cannabinoid (some other cannabinoids deriving from CBG are found as time goes on as a result of chemical reactions – read more about this in our blog a few weeks ago). Due to the extremely short harvesting window and a small amount, CBG is highly valued; it has no psychoactive effects. Even though CBG Paste is mainly chosen by patients diagnosed with oncological diseases and other severe health disorders, CBG is capable of helping other organs and systems as well. As CBG molecules attach very well to the endocannabinoid system receptors in various parts of our body, it supports multiple organs to function better. Brain, liver, spleen, pancreas, colon, vascular, reproductive, immune systems, muscles and bones all benefit from the consistent and correct use of CBG Paste.

However, CBG is not the only cannabinoid that deserves our praise. All cannabinoids found in hemp have favourable health properties, but what distinguishes them is the process of purification and isolation. To achieve the best possible effect and keep the product properties as natural as possible, we also offer customers a MULTI-cannabinoid Paste. In it, as many as seven different cannabinoids reveal their beneficial properties. The MULTI-cannabinoid Paste, which is on the market not for that long, quickly became one of the best-selling products, as one droplet here provides exceptional benefits.

Magic on Skin

People say that beauty lies inside, but in our opinion, one must radiate it from the outside. Of course, our health contributes a lot to our external beauty, but we are convinced that natural, organic cosmetics are just as crucial in maintaining our outer beauty. By understanding the power of nature and appreciating its wide range of healing properties, we have incorporated what is best in the hemp plant into various skin cosmetics and supplemented it with other natural ingredients to exceed everyone’s expectations.

If we had to find one word that would perfectly describe all of the skin cosmetic products in our store, it would be versatility without any hesitation. We believe that we must make the earth a better, safer place by leaving the world than we found it. We support sustainable ideas by using natural ingredients and adopting responsible, modern practices and ensuring that one cosmetic product solves few problems at the same time. In this way, the pollution of various packaging is reduced, and the sometimes rather complicated self-care process is simplified.

We currently offer three types of cosmetics and skincare products in our e-shop – Silk Balm, Face & Body Cream, and Cooling Gel, all of which are united by the highest standards, independent testing laboratories and love for the planet. We have found one of the best ways to express our gratitude for nature and its healing strength, so each product, depending on its container size, contains at least 150 mg of CBD. Having excellent anti-inflammatory properties, CBD is beneficial not only internally but also externally as it helps to control certain skin disorders such as acne.

Our products with no harmful additives are perfect for each skin type, loving and pampering them all equally. The skin is given an external beauty; it is moisturized, smooth, but at the same time, it is taken care of at deeper layers as well – our products nourish the skin, soothe muscles, reduce inflammation, pain, and promote skin cell regeneration. The added ingredients are only organic and act synergistically, providing the skin with vitamins, balancing sebum secretion, fighting specific skin problems, and restoring its elasticity and firmness.

However, each product has its uniqueness and slightly different uses. Silk Balm is suitable for helping treat insect bites, light burns and frostbite (for more severe cases, seek immediate medical attention), can be used as a lip balm. Face & Body Cream, due to its relatively oily texture, is a great helper in the wintertime as it moisturizes and protects the skin, quickly absorbing into the deeper skin tissue. Cooling Gel is intended for athletes and those who lead an active lifestyle because as it has a cooling effect; the gel is perfect for after the workouts to relieve sore muscles and tense body.

Too long, didn’t read? Now in our e-shop, we offer three categories of hemp wellness goods: CBD Oil Drops, Paste, and Cosmetics. In total, we currently offer twelve different products that differ in their cannabinoid concentration, cannabinoids themselves, texture, and uses. Striving for the harmony between us humans and nature, we strive for synergy and supplement our products with natural ingredients to further enhance their positive effects. Besides, all our products meet our approach – sustainable, responsible, cruelty-free, vegan, and highest quality products.

Hello? Sunshine is Calling – Come Outside!

Going outside and having more sunny days than before are associated precisely with spring. When greyish snowy clouds scatter, and the first flower blossoms show, you may know that you are about to spend a lot of time outdoors. Maybe you will be playing basketball with friends, riding your bike in the village, jogging in a park, walking a dog or quietly reading a book on a lakeshore – the spring is lovely for so many reasons that it would take too much time just to try and list them all. What unites these activities is fresh air and sunshine leading your every step and ensuring only the best emotions. However, every minute spent outdoors can be overshadowed by bright sun and heat. How can we prepare for it and face every adventure as bravely as could?

Some say they can sunbathe for hours and it would still not be enough, while for others, five minutes spent in the sun is already too much. Sunbathing, no matter how fun it may sound, is a very responsible activity because sun rays affect us and our skin even when the weather may look cloudy. To protect you from painful experiences, today we will talk about the sun and sunbathing's three significant problems – sunburn blisters, skin pigmentation, and heatstroke.

Why Little Sunburn Blisters Hurt So Much?

Rising temperatures mean more time spent in the fresh air and lighter and more comfortable clothing. Although winter or autumn clothing can also be comfortable, in the spring, we all enjoy wearing short-sleeved shirts; we start pulling dresses and skirts out of our closets and say goodbye to jackets and coats for at least half a year. No matter how much fun it is, this time also means that our skin will be more exposed to the sun, so the joyful moments outside can end up in unwanted tan lines, usually accompanied by painful sunburn blisters.

Sunburns are pale-coloured blisters on the skin's surface that occur from a few hours to a day after sun exposure. Although it may not seem so scary, we start to feel pain around the burnt areas, which is difficult to bear after at least a day. We then struggle to find a comfortable position to sleep or sit; we experience pain while putting on clothing and having any other skin contact. After a while, the skin begins to peel off, and sunburns start to fade and heal. However, if the sunburn is more dangerous, it will be more painful – it means you will probably have watery blisters and bursting them can lead to an infection. In this situation, the healing process would be much more complicating, and there is a greater chance of having scars.

It is essential to understand that sunburns are often accompanied by certain health complications – vomiting, pain, chills or fever, dizziness, and more. On the other hand, sunburns are relatively easy to prevent – more about this at the end of this blog!

How and Why our Skin Change Colour?

It is widely acceptable to distinguish people into several races by their skin colour. However, there are many different skin tones among more than seven billion humans – after all, even in cosmetic shops, we see many different tones to suit clients' needs. But now, let's ditch cosmetics and talk about something more serious. Intentional sunbathing and frequent visits to the solarium force our skin cells to produce more melanin – a natural skin pigment responsible for our eye and hair colours. Therefore, the more time we spend in the sun, the more melanin is produced and the more tanned we get.

The overall process now seems quite simple; however, there are two different types of melanin. Eumelanin gives the skin so much wanted brown shade and tan, while pheomelanin production results in red burns and is far from what we would like. The oddities do not end here either, as after sunbathing, we can see different skin colour patches – pigmentation differences. One of the possible causes of skin pigmentation is the production of melanin, but in many cases, it can also mean the growth of bacteria, blood vessel changes, inflammation, etc. For this reason, it is essential to look at sunburns and skin discolouration responsible as more prominent and more noticeable pigmentation patches, for example, can mean a higher risk of getting cancer.

We must mention that a change in body colour is more of a cosmetic thing than negatively affecting physical health, but it is always better to be safe than sorry.

How Does the Sun Penetrate our Bodies and Heads?

Staying in the fresh air and engaging in various activities is fun until we start to feel the harmful effects of heat and sun. One of the most relevant problems and, sadly, one of the least understood by society is heatstroke. People of all ages can experience a heatstroke, while considered the most dangerous for children, the elderly and those with heart problems. Heatstroke happens due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, resulting in the body's inability to control its internal temperature. Elevated body temperature can lead to pain, dizziness, vomiting, disorientation, cramps, fainting and even a severe loss of consciousness.

Heatstroke is not a simple problem like sunburns and blisters that can be solved on your own – once you feel the symptoms of a heat stroke, you should immediately end whatever you are doing and visit specialists. While it is quite a severe problem, it is relatively easy to recognize the upcoming threat and prevent it from happening. Symptoms of heatstroke include non-sweating despite high temperature, weaker and more dull breathing, muscles pain, etc. We have already mentioned that after having a heat stroke, the body is unable to control its internal temperature – due to that, our internal organs start to heat up and shut down. In general, not paying attention to the symptoms can be very painful and lead to complex and long-term health problems.

Nevertheless, it is pretty simple to avoid such things – one needs to drink more water, cover the head with a hat or a scarf, from time to time spend some time in shadows, and spend time outdoors when the sun is least active, in morning or afternoons. At noon the sun is at its highest point, so we feel the most extraordinary heat – we advise everyone to have a little siesta after eating lunch and plan activities in less sunny hours.

What's the Secret of Enjoying Sunshine?

From what we have told you today, it is easy to understand that the sun is both a positive and a negative thing. To enjoy its rays so that you do not regret it after, we must face it prepared. We already mentioned drinking loads of water and enjoying the sun in later hours, but in addition to all this, we need to take care of our skin as for it, the UV rays are the most damaging.

The skin needs to be taken care of before sunbathing, during, and after. Before spending time in the sun and wanting the most beautiful tan, dermatologists advise moisturizing the skin as much as possible because dehydrated skin is more exposed to UV rays. You may use creams and lotions to help restore and strengthen the protective layer of the skin. Secondly, you should exfoliate the skin to get rid of dead skin cells. However, it is important not to overdo it as the skin can become irritating – consult your cosmetician before the sunny season to have the most fantastic skincare products waiting to be used. What else can be done? You should include as much carotene and Vitamin E in your daily diet as you can eat. Choose orange vegetables and fruits, have carrots, sweet potatoes, and pumpkins for lunch and mangoes for a healthy snack. Vitamin E can be found in vegetable oil, almonds, nuts, so sun protection is essential and really tasty.

Diving into adventures sounds like a lot of fun as you are excited to know where they would take you. On the other hand, sunburns and blisters are the exact opposite, and although extreme, the pain can be unbearable. To have a beautiful tan and avoid blisters' formation, you need to expose yourself to the sun progressively. Therefore, few shorter sessions are better than one long. At the same time, dermatologists advise smearing the skin with a high protection level sunscreen, which will lessen harmful UV rays and guarantee an even tan. Do not forget - it is better to hide in shadows from time to time than to lie in the sun all the time.

To protect the skin after sunbathing, you need to use nourishing cream, body butter or lotion – our cream is perfect for that! It will cool the skin after heat, allow it to relax and restore moisture levels. Besides, the cold shower works as well as applying aloe vera gel! However, if safe sunbathing techniques have not worked as you wished them to and you have burns on your skin, talk to your doctor or pharmacist about the treatment and use our balm to speed the healing process.

Spring and summer are great times for adventures, but like any of them, your need to be prepared and think before doing. Be aware of sunny dangers to avoid regretting your decisions later. Enjoy spending time in the sun!

10 Tips to Get You Through Autumn Cold!

We all know the stories about autumn being the most beautiful time of the year. Vivid colours and breathtaking scents are indeed unique to this season, but we surely know autumn’s beauty can sometimes be very illusionary. If you fell into one of autumn’s tricks and got sick, let’s not waste any more time and start recovering now. We have prepared 10 tips – what to do and how it helps – to get you through the autumn cold quick and effortlessly!

Tip No. 1 – Warm liquids to soothe throat

You must have seen at least one movie where the main character is sick with a cold and is drinking a cup of hot broth to ease the bothersome symptoms of a cold. It’s a well know practice to sip warm liquids such as tea with lemon or ginger to relieve nasal congestion and soothe the aching throat. There is a long list of herbal teas to help you feel better, but as some natural remedies are not very tasty, you might want to add one teaspoon of money to your hot drink.

Tip No. 2 – Vitamin C to shorten the length of sickness

As we have previously talked about Vitamin C being irreplaceable when strengthening the immune system before the flu season, it also helps to shorten the length of a cold when already sick. Numerous researches have proven the benefits of Vitamin C to our organisms as the regular intake of such supplements can reduce cold’s severity and duration. Besides, Vitamin C can be obtained naturally through various food such as lemons, broccoli, peppers, or spinach, so you may choose to ask your friends to visit a local market instead of a pharmacy for you to strengthen your immune system while staying safe at home.

Tip No. 3 – CBD drops to boost immune system

Keeping up with modern trends, CBD drops is one of the newest and most innovative ways to fight cold. As it has anti-viral qualities, CBD oil is widely used to reduce cold symptoms, irritation, and inflammation. Even though CBD drops has not yet been approved as an official cold medicine, the regular usage of these drops can quickly deal with a runny nose and other flu symptoms. In the long run, CBD oil improves the way the immune system’s memory, thus speeding up the recovery process from various illnesses and putting you back up on your feet quicker.

Tip No. 4 – Warm clothing to boost immune response

Researches have shown that warmer body temperature strongly contributes to the recovering process as it helps fight the cold. It means that it is best to stay indoors when sick with cold as the outdoor temperature is most of the time lower. Besides, it is necessary to wear warm clothes when fighting a cold – fluffy sweaters, wool socks, and laying underneath several blankets helps maintain higher body temperature. As warm clothing is not always flattering, you should not care about being fashionable - being healthy and protecting others is everyone's priority!

Tip No. 5 – Hot bath to ease the symptoms

Frequent hot baths are necessary for your overall health and not only when you catch a cold or have a runny nose. As your body temperature increases, the already runny nose will become even runnier, and normal hydration levels will drop as affected by incused sweating. It is necessary to blow your nose regularly as open nasal canals will help you breathe easier and feel better. We advise you to have a hot bath straight before going to sleep as it also helps relax and maintain high-temperature levels throughout the whole night.

Tip No. 6 – Inhalations to clear up respiratory passages

Steam therapy is a powerful yet simple tool to relieve symptoms of flu or cold. As steam clouds are achieved when water boils, you should combine inhalations with hot bath procedures to save some time. Inhalations enriched with essential oils such as menthol or eucalyptus help loosen mucus in the respiratory system; thus, making it easier to get rid of them and the whole cold and runny nose kind of thing. The steam inhalations itself can't shorten your sickness but they can surely make you feel better.

Tip No. 7 – Humidifiers to add moisture to the air

We all hate catching a cold for one particular reason – it gets hard to breathe as we live with runny or stuffy noses. We can’t say exactly, which one is worse, but the reason for it lies in the air that we breathe. As cold air holds less moisture, our upper airways narrows, and nostrils dry out; on the other hand, moist can helps with coughing or sneezing and eases congestion, but too high levels can result in growing mould, which is another evil. Researches show that the best percentage of humidity is about forty percent.

Tip No. 8 – Balms to relieve cough

Various chest compresses can significantly improve your breathing when applied properly. We advise wearing compressed overnight as balms and oils work both ways – helps with chest (lungs) congestion, relieves nasal passages, and prevents runny nose in the morning after breathing those aromas in your sleep for the whole night. We also advise massaging little amounts of CBD oil or balm into chest skin to strengthen the lungs and the whole respiratory system each night after a hot bath and before the bed. As for some such use of CBD products lowers the intensity of chest pains caused by cough, one can’t argue otherwise if never tried itself.

Tip No. 9 – CBD before sleep to help you relax

One of the best reasons to use CBD products is their relaxational properties. Numerous people using CBD drops daily have said it successfully reduces anxiety and depression levels and also improves the quality of sleep! It also helps to sleep with your head a bit more elevated than the rest of your body as it prevents the runny nose from clogging up. As quality rest is the most important aspect to speed up your recovery, we advise changing sheets more frequently when having a cold and meditating to clear up your mind and fall asleep quicker.

Tip No. 10 – Over-the-counter medicine to fight it all

If tips one through nine have not impressed you, we still have one more trick left up to our sleeve – you can always choose to use an over-the-counter medicine to fight the cold and runny nose once and for all. Many local pharmacies allow you to consult by phone or buy medication online; therefore, the list of the people you had a contact with will be short. As it is necessary to speak with your family’s doctor or pharmacist before taking or buying any medicine, you have to follow their bits of advice as precisely as they are – excessive amounts of various pills might turn out to be fatal.

Runny nose or cold will always try to ruin your plans to enjoy every last bit of autumn sun, so we understand if you hate this season. On the other hand, autumn is not that bad if you know how to deal with its sicknesses quickly and effortlessly. As we wish you a cosy season, we also wish you a strong immune system and a good grasp of tools to create unforgettable and illnesses-free moments!

Mr Pain and His sister Anxiety

“One way to break up any kind of tension is good deep breathing.”

Byron Nelson

If Pain had a gender it would definitely be masculine. Just because…

And why not? All of us have felt Him, this stingy, cracking life’s side-effect that just has enough Ego to be a part of your existence, whether it be after an intense workout, a performance, or even an exam.

He comes uninvited,

He comes and goes. Whenever He wishes!

Seems no one can stop Him…

Except!... You know one His weakness…

His weakness is simple, the one He’d be nothing without, -

Her name is Anxiety.

Whatever that means…

But do be aware – She’s all for what Pain exists.

Here’s a little rhyme that came too naturally not to share. With this, a huge article joined along, all in honour of Him - the Mr. Pain. And of course, His sister...

Life is tense! That’s why Buddhists and Tibetan monks have their practices to end the suffering and get rid of all illusions in our world, including Pain.

Unless you are a Tibetan monk, physical Pain, while in company of his great “sister” Anxiety must have visited you at least once before a big test, performance, or a public speaking.

However, some people experience it more than others. Based on global statistics it is estimated that 264 million adults around the globe experience Anxiety in their life. It is thought to be a psychological disorder, but it involves many systems of the body. Anxiety is a true chameleon and is called a “somatic” condition: meaning it is typically brought on and made worse not by any external source (for example a virus), but by our internal psychological and physiological functioning.

One way or another, along with Her almost always comes Mr. Pain. Therefore conversations about chronic painful problems routinely turn into conversations about Anxiety and it often ends up at the chicken-and-egg question: does Anxiety cause the Pain, or is the Pain causing the Anxiety?

Hint: it’s both.

Chronic Pain is extremely common and can be both a cause and consequence of Anxiety — sometimes equally, sometimes slanted much more one way than the other, but each always influencing the other to some degree. For many people with both Anxiety and Pain, solving the Pain is the best possible treatment for the Anxiety. Others must solve both at once. And a few will find that Pain is just one of many ways meaning that they are haunted by Anxiety demons.

How works the Anxiety = Pain Phenomenon?

The Anxiety causes our natural stress response to be constantly activated, and that our muscles contract as part of our stress response. When we experience Anxiety, our neuromuscular system never gets a chance to recover or return to normal. Our heart rate remains elevated and our muscles retain a higher than normal level of tension.

So when our muscles are constantly contracted, our cells are forced to create energy for our muscles through the process of anaerobic metabolism. In this process, glucose is synthesized into adenosine triphosphate (ATP) without the help of oxygen, and lactic acid is produced as waste.

Lactic acid is often blamed for muscle soreness, but our body quickly breaks down lactic acid into lactate and hydrogen ions. A build-up of hydrogen ions, which activate our pain receptors, is likely the cause of the dull ache and burning sensation we feel in our muscles during strenuous exercise.

And a build - up of lactate is linked to Anxiety. Not surprisingly, studies show that people with Anxiety have higher levels of muscle tension, react to stress with stronger muscle contractions, and return to their normal level of tension slower.

Both Anxiety and chronic muscle tension are conditions of the nervous system in which our reactions have become habituated to the level that they are not under our conscious, voluntary control—that’s why they feel so uncontrollable and unchangeable. Unbalanced levels of hormones and neurotransmitters make Anxiety all - the - more challenging to overcome.

Conscious intervention, retraining of the nervous system, and commitment to healthy lifestyle habits are all necessary to truly eliminate both anxiety and muscle tension.

Here we share some effective ways to eliminate the phenomena:

TRY MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy is one of the best-known alternative remedies for relieving muscle tension. It addresses the muscle tissue directly and can assist the muscle in releasing its contraction, thus easing the tension. Massage might be useful in the treatment of stiff and sore muscles. There are many types of massage to choose from:

Swedish massage is a gentle touch massage that is good for lighter forms of tension, while deep-tissue massage is effective in addressing deeper muscle tension. Either of these forms will be helpful and a great way to relieve muscle tension, tension headaches, and neck stiffness.

PRACTICE YOGA

Yoga is perhaps the oldest form of alternative muscle tension management. Some people claim the practice of yoga to be over 5,000 years old! Yoga uses techniques to lengthen, stretch and relax your muscles while simultaneously working with your breath. Yoga addresses both the physical side of muscle tension and the stress aspect as well.

TAKE HOT BATHS!

Hot water allows muscle fibers to loosen and relax, in turn relieving muscle tension. Hot baths can also be soothing to your nervous system. Healing substances can be added to the bath, such as essential oils and sea salts. Essential oils can also be added to a warm bath to assist in relaxation and release of muscle tension. But remember, - don’t stay in a warm bath too long. Be aware of the dizziness, which sometimes appear after being in a hot water for longer time.

TRY BALMS/GELS/HERBAL MEDICINE:

Try all sorts of remedies that could be applied to your body. This includes

The last, but not least of the remedies mentioned above is “balms that include CBD’’. That something worth another article or even a book, but we’ll try to make it as clear and short as possible.

First, painkillers are not the best option to treat Pain and muscle spasms. They function via the central nervous system (CNS) by “deceiving” the mind into thinking there is no pain, while in - reality, there is. CBD really works a bit differently.

But in order to CBD to work as a muscle relaxant, cannabinoid receptors must be present at the site of muscular synapses. This is where the endocannabinoid system comes in:

If you haven’t heard of the endocannabinoid system (ECS), you need to inform yourself now. In short, it is an innate network of cannabinoids and cannabinoid receptors that occur 100% naturally in the human body. Everyone has the receptors, whether you are someone who has no idea about it, or you are herbal medicine PhD student. Another thing is also clear:

Cannabis does function well as both a neurological “painkiller” and a neuromuscular blocking agent. Not to mention, it does not have side effects as painkillers usually do; nevertheless, it isn’t addictive in any way (while this is also one of the features of some effective painkillers).

Alleviating muscle spasms at the molecular level is one of the many great uses of CBD. Thousands of people have switched over to it from prescription medications due to its high costs and dangerous side effects later.

One of the great products that we have in our stock, which you could always try in order to feel physically better and lower any discomfort and tension, e.g. muscle spasms, is CBD Cooling Gel:

Exclusive extracts come together and provide relief to overworked muscles and joints. All ingredients create a cooling synthesis to help relieve muscle soreness. The symbiosis of menthol, eucalyptus and glycerine (accompanied by the full spectrum of CBD) creates a treatment for your muscles and joints, to relief soreness and calm the body

*If interested (or you know who might be), please, check it out on our website, in the product section.

Depending on the type and severity of the muscle tension, trying each of these strategies could prove helpful in relieving muscle tension. Even though the tension is caused by Anxiety, which is a mental effect, the physical body is affected, including muscles. And while there are various approaches to soothing some of that muscle tension, it is also important to address the underlying cause, and learn to manage it.

We hope this article was helpful for you, so next time we can all unite and with ease conquer and control the one and only, Mr. Pain.

And His sister Anxiety.
